TERMS AND CONDITIONS - SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE!
1. All lessons and rides must be booked; lessons must be paid 24hour in advance unless alternative arrangements are made.

2. Due to the nature of small children, pony rides are not subject to strict booking times and therfore charges, however would guardians please consider our time and needs and contact us if you need to adjust any arrangements made - thank you.

3. Instructors and escorts must be obeyed at all times - failure to do so may result in cancellation of the ride or lesson and no refund will be offered. This includes all spectators that are attached to the rider.

4. Helmets must be worn at all times while on a horse. Inappropriate clothing and footwear will not be accepted. Guardians/friends/relatives who wish to be spectators need to adhere to appropriate standards as well.

5. All riders or their guardian, on the riders behalf (if under 18 years of age), must sign a waiver prior to handling any horse

6. Please bring your own water as we are on bore water (often we will have water for sale). Do not drink out of any tap.

7. Guardians should remain on site for lessons (in case we need their support)

8. Rebooking - we need 24 hours notice to rebook lessons and rides - we may charge all or part of your cost depending on the reason if less than 24 hours. If the reason is medical - please provide proof (generally a medical certificate). Rides and lessons cannot be rebooked after their start times and will be charged in full.

9. We may request you to rebook in regard to situations such as weather conditions, injury to horses, or any matter relating to running of the ride or lesson, we may offer a discount to cover any hardship this may cause

10. Cancelling - we need 24 hours notice to cancel rides without charge and we will only accept cancellations within the 24hour period for medical reasons or reasons pertaining to item 9 above. If the reason is medical - please provide proof (generally a medical certificate). Rides and lessons cannot be cancelled after their start times and will be charged in full. Refunds for lessons will not be supplied.

11. With regards to presents and surprises, we urge all parties to gain approval from the person participating in the ride/lesson as we have found that some people did not want to get on a horse or no longer wish to ride regardless of previous experience or spoken desire. Your choice of present is a good and if the birthday person chooses to opt out we may request you pay for the booking subject to our normal conditions.

12. Preferences on bookings will be given to those who prepay or supply their credit card. in line with bank procedures, we do not process cards until the time of the ride/lesson. Credit fraud will be treated appropriately.

13. We are a smoke free zone. Please do not smoke in your vehicle or drop your butts - take them with you - this is your habit - not ours.

14. As this is a sporting venue, drugs and alcohol are not permitted - even in vehicles.

15. While we can offer instruction and guidance for you or your child, if you/they have any liabilities in regards to health and well being psychologically or physically - it is up to you to let us know and to ensure that we do you no harm. We accept no responsibility if we are not so informed. Further our staff and horses must not be placed at risk by any situations regardless of whether we are informed in advance or not.

16. No dogs or other animals to be brought on site. This is for hygienic and safety reasons.

17. Please ensure that you and your clothing is free of association with other equines to ensure that you do not spread infections - thank you .

18. All personal information provided by our clients remains confidential except as required by law and for legal and safety purposes or for any purpose directly relating to the services provided by us. No information is used for advertising purposes without permission nor is any information passed to third parties

19. Information that is provided by clients and is proven to be grossly misrepresented may force the ride/lesson to be cancelled. With regards to physical dimensions we rely on this information to choose the appropriate horse in advance. Further if you're riding skills are not up to what you have indicated it could place you in situations where your ride may uncomfortable, shortened or unsafe.

20. Any abuse of our horses/ponies/staff and property will be met with appropriate penalties which could range from cancellations to legal action. Please care for our horses and ponies as we love them lots and many people wish to able to ride them.
